I was thinking of getting one for FH for V-day but I just looked and there are so many different kinds I don't know hich one to get. There are digital, miniedvd, vhs-c...I have no idea which one is better?

Its hard to tell what your needs are. If your just looking for minimal usage with a record and play, then I would go with a low end digital. But if your looking to edit, make movies, all that good stuff, your looking for something more high end. I can recommend a couple, but you need to give me more info on what you want, regarding features, aesthetics, and price.
