the white strips worked really well, but they do definitly make your teeth sensitive. HOwever, its only while yo uare actually using them, once your done with the package your teeth feel fine again.

My exboyfriend used the regular crest whitestrips a few years back. They worked, but he said they made his teeth hurt ridiculously bad and he'd never tell anyone else to use them. also, i don't think they really worked all that great either, but he was also a heavy smoker.

Re: anybody try Crest white strips?
I never tried them because many people told me about the tooth sensitivity thing and I have crazy sensitive teeth to begin with. My friend uses them often and her teeth are always white, hth.

Re: anybody try Crest white strips?
get the aqua fresh trays. I thought they were MUCH better than the strips. They give 7 days worth. I saw a big difference after about the 3rd day. HTH

Re: anybody try Crest white strips?
ok to get an idea..this is how white my teeth are! they're perfecft!!
i used them last year and hated them. i threw them out! they tasted like bleach and left a slimy film in my mouth.
i use the Go Smile system and iit's great. it's pretty pricey but i think it's worth it. it's available at sephora

Re: anybody try Crest white strips?
My teeth became sensitive, I didn't like the taste and I would grind my teeth when they were in.
Not a good experience....

i've heard that you should refrain from smoking, drinking coffee.red wine or doing anything else that can stain your teeth following a whitening treatment. your teeth are most vulnerable to stains right after these treatments. kind of ironic if you ask me......

Re: anybody try Crest white strips?
they really made my teeth and gums VERy sensitive, then after a while it was paintful just to keep them on for the 20-30 mins

Re: anybody try Crest white strips?
I totally agree with what everyone else has written.
I do not have sensitive teeth at all but these made my teeth hurt SO BAD to the poitn where I couldn't make it through the full 30 min for each strip.
However, since then I bought the vivid white toothpaste and it has worked wonders. Everyone comes up to me and says how white my teeth are. Try brushing with that!
