Anybody with a green thumb?

We are redoing the landscaping in our backyard. Adding boston ivy on our fence and I want to replant my lily of the valley. They all died on me from last spring. Any advice? When is the best time to plant them?

You can most likely search online and find out what you need to know. I had questions about two of my house plants, I did a such and it answered my questions.
