I booked the Princess Cruise-tour to Alaska for our HM, which is half land, half cruise. If anyone's been on it, can you tell me if you liked it? Food? Rooms? Excursions? TIA!!

My in-laws went on it last year on Princess and liked it alot. They said it was really interesting and had a nice time. They went in Sept. and it was a bit cold there already for them. Theres lots of fun tours to choose from in Alaska.

i cant remember if it was princess or not but i did an alaskan cruise for my 18th birthday and it was amazing..i want to live there..i love everything about it
my favorite part was one day we were docked we went sledding with the huskies and malamutes
i now have a husky for that reason..

Yay! I'm so excited to go. I was just worried about the food and things like that.
Any excursions you recommend? I already booked the helicopter on glacier, dog mushing, and salmon fishing - I'm going ALL out!!!

we are doing the helicopter on glacier and salmong fishing too! i havent booked salmon yet though - who are you going with?
we also plan to do the zip line, whale watching, and maybe the white pass scenic railway.

We're going through the Princess cruise excursions - I know they're more expensive, but I don't want to have to deal with the ship leaving us at port! While I wouldnt' mind staying in Alaska, I don't think our bosses would be too happy....
We were thinking about doing zip lining, and I really really want to but I'm scared of heights... I'm not sure if I can handle it.. I'd be stuck on the podium forever!! haha...
