anyone been to a wedding at carlyle

carlyle on the green during the day? how was it ??

I am going to one on next month on a Saturday. The Invite is for 11:30 am, for ceremony. From the guests I have spoken with, No One is happy about a day wedding. But, I am sure it will be the same quailty as a night wedding.

i know! i was worried about it but i decided better to be on a saturday during the day then a sunday night when there is work on monday..

Did you already book the date? I got married on a Sunday and had my reception from
6-10pm. Everyone I invited came and stayed till the end, evern tho there was work the next day.

yes we booked it already after numerous discussions back and forth with it..were they good to you? would you recommend them? do you have a review posted?

Sorry to confuse you, I got married at Oheka, but I did get married on a Sunday.
The wedding I am going to it Sept. 25th. This will be the first wedding I will have been to there. I will write you with a review. But I would NOT worry at all!! They are known for the incrediable food and service!! I have never heard anything negative about them.

The only reason most people don't like day weddings, is because it is early and just when the party gets going, it's time to leave. Sort of, 'All dressed-up with no where to go' .

Did you make any plans to continue the party somewhere else?

yes we think we are going to continue it at the hilton..that's where we're blocking off the rooms and where we are staying..
