On my quest for the gown.. and I came across this shop online... has anyone been here? I know they also have a location in the city... Just really wondering about dress selection and customer service..

I loved them, and ordered through them. Yes, some people really disliked them. I didn't and I've spoken to other brides who haven't had any problems. I felt all bridal salons stunk. Here's my reviews
Bridal Center in Commack & Bridal Salon of Centereach I didn't even want to go. Had a horrible experience with my friends weddings
Bridal Reflections Ok, so I'm a size 18, but they didn't even want me to try a gown on....fm for more info
Macys TOO TOO expensive
Its up to you, but I loved Adrienne's. They made me feel special and I've used them before for prom & bm's and had no problems. Good Luck Kerry

I have been there, and I had two different situations with them... 1) the woman that worked with me was awesome, her name was Pat, she was very thorough with me (i brought 4 people ) and was patient, when it started to get busy and I wanted to keep switching back and forth with my gowns (i couldn't decide! ) 2) There was this other woman there who was not so nice and she kept telling me to make sure that I didn't step on this other bride's gown! She must have said it at least 8 times (no joke) and she was down right rude! I don't know if I had clumsy tattooed on my forhead that day or what. Another thing that I heard was they are nice to you before you buy the gown and then afterward, they aren't so pleasant, but that is just hearsay...otherwise...it was a really cute place and if you buy your gown, your maids get 20% off and if they buy their gowns you get 15% off of your veil and headpiece...good luck!

I ordered an 18 in Jan and have lost 30lbs. My mom and I were freaking out about it having to need tons of work done so I went in and they canx the other order, and remeasured me and ordered the correct new size now. Most places, not sure if they would do that, or not charge

I have been there with my friend. She ordered her gown there and also her bm dresses. They seemed very nice at the bridal part but I only went with her once. The bm side the girl that helped us was wonderful. My friend is very picky and she would of never ordered her gown there if she didn't like the place.

Thanks for all the great advice.. I am seriously considering going out there to check them out. It definitely can't hurt! I know what BM dress I want (it's by Bill Levkoff) and I would love to be able to get both done at the same place.. convenience for me! We'll see... Thanks again!

i ordered my dress there last month...the people there were friendly, and helped me pick out THE ONE!!! it was getting busy and the owner helped me try on dresses (annmarie or mary kate or something like that?) she was preoccupied at moments, but for the most part she was very helpful and was very intent on helping me find the perfect ddress no matter howmany i had to try on.
we'll see hwo the ordering;/fitting process goes! so far so good.

I was there 2 or 3 times to the bridal shop and also to the bridesmaid shop. In the bridesmaid shop I honeslty got no help all 3 times... In the bridal shop, Id give it a 6 out of 10. The lady that worked with me, older and blonde, was kind of rushing, and pushy... I found a dress I LOVED at the Bridal Suite of Centereach!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!

I have also heard mixed reactions, but the latest reactions have been good. My cousin is an 05 Bride on this site, and she ordered her dress there and was happy.
I live right down the road from there! Come visit us! LOL.
