Anyone been to an event at Sunset Harbour?(x-post)

We are planning to book our rehearsal dinner at Sunset Harbour in East Patchogue, and I need some help.

They sent me the menu with choices, but they aren't very descriptive - i.e. 'Penne Palermo,' 'Chicken Chasseur.' What are these things? If anyone is familiar with menu, please let me know so you can help me pick my appetizers, entrees, etc.

Thanks!

Just call them and they will tell you what everything is.

I did, was having trouble getting in touch with the guy, but have since heard.

We are going with Penne Palermo, Chicken Champagne, Shrimp Wellington, and the Beef thing.
