What did you think? I'm thinking of booking our HM there, either staying at the Pompano Beach Club or The Reefs in which both look gorgeous. I'm not looking for a big nightlife but more of a relaxing vacation. And is it still good weather in November?

I've been to Bermuda, and it is GORGEOUS! In fact, we're probably honeymooning there too! I'm pretty sure the last month of true hurricane season is October, so you should be safe in November. The average temps around them are 69-74, and the water is still 74, so you can swim. I actually went in late april/may, and the weather averages for may are about the same as November, and we swam, laid out on the beach, got tan all without being too hot. Going in november might also be cheaper since it's not the high season, and the beaches won't be so crowded.

We are cruising there. I ave been there before. It is a beautiful place. Everyone was so friendly. I knew one day that I would be back!

Cool, where did you stay when you went to Bermuda in the past? I am happy that it's only a 2-hour flight, especially after going to Hawaii last year. The rates are cheaper in November, but they are cheapest December to March.
If you honeymoon, check out those two places I posted about. I read such excellent reviews on them on different sites. I'm leaning more towards staying at Pompano though.

We went on a cruise to Bermuda a few years ago.....GORGEOUS!!!!! You're going to love it!

I never been, but have heard great things. Friends of mine go, because it is the 'hawaii' close to home... but, do note that it is 'seasonal'. I highly recommend you checking out the weather for the month of Nov.. I hear there is this awesome cruse from NYC to Bermuda which is amazing!

Yes. It is an amazing and beautiful place. There really is a lot to do. I have not stayed at the Reefs before but can tell you it is one of the nicest resorts in Bermuda, probably up there with the Elbow Beach. I have eaten there several times and been on the beach and it is gorgeous!! There are things to do at night, and certainly plenty to do during the day, even if you are not the lay on the beach type of person.

I'm really not into the cruise thing. I don't know if I'll get seasick, and then, I'm afraid it'll be a little crowded when I'd rather stay somewhere quiet. I think if we ever do a cruise, we'll go with other people.

We actually cruised when I went, but my mom has stayed at Elbow beach in the past and she said it was gorgeous. Here are a couple helpful links Bermuda.com Frommer's Bermuda This site has pretty much everything word for word from the Frommer's book. Just wish I had known that before I went out and bought it.
