Anyone been to Macys Bridal in Manhasset?

Anyone been to Macys Bridal in Manhasset?

Just wondering what it was like? Big selection?

Yes..this was the first place that I looked...I thought it was great! They had a good selection...the dresses are pricey..they carry the Demetrious Line and Marisa too.

I was going to order a dress from there but I found one that I liked better at Lillettes...which is another place to go to they are in Baldwin

I found my dress there but ended up buying it elsewhere for much cheaper. There was a big selection there. Very crowded too!

Macy's bridal...great place...big selection....make an appt...they take their time with you, 2 hours if you need....manager is Josephine....call her Jo and tell her

They certainly have a large # of dresses, but I was looking for a specific one that they ended up not having. Not their fault, mine for assuming it'd be there! Good Luck with your search!

My Dress was a Demetrios. They have a big selection of that line, so that's where I bought my dress.

Got my dress there- Demetrios Platinum. It came in early. I'm going to see it soon. The woman who helped me, think it was Jo, was great. Yes, definitely make an appt.

I was there and worked with Faye. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. Plus they have a large selection. Enjoy!

Went there -decent selection but found a HUGE selection at RK Bridal in the city (they have website). Also, they are cheaper and max time for a dress to come in is 4 months. Purchased both my dress and BM dresses there. BM dresses in a month early (mid-Feb)-due in end of Mar. My dress is not in yet but not due until May. Hopefully it comes early too!

I found my dress at Macys Bridal. If you love Demetrios like I did then you will have a large selection to choose from.

BUT.. I did not buy my dress there. My girls got thier dresses at Macys Bridal and had problems

1) On more than one occassion I spoke to sales girls to find out the date they had to order thier dresses by I told them the exact dress and so on... Well when we ordered the dresses we were then told we hd to pay a rush fee because of the designer .... We didn't pay the fee because I had NAMES of people I spoke to.....

2) The alterations and two of the women who did the alterations were horrible... My sister had to go back many times... Do not settle if your dress is not comfortable or you are not comfortable in your dress DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

3) One of my girls wasn't given her gloves when she picked up her dress. She was told that I picked them up. That wasn't true and so only my MOH was able to wear the gloves the day of the wedding. We got the $$ back for her gloves.

All problems were rectified but it was a lot of hassel we could have done with out.
