We heard about them at a bridal expo we went to. Any comments on them? Are they reputable? Worth taking a drive to see the store?

i went to look for bridesmaids dresses. they had a pretty big selection and i found them to be helpful. i ended up ordering the dresses at another bridal shop because they ended up being cheaper. we did get the dresses for my brother's dress there and had no problems.

We are doing tuxes there and I saw a pair of earrings that I really liked there that I've been thinking about but I'm not totally sold.

I got my gown, bridesmaids dress and dad's tux from there. I've had great customer service every time. I'm very happy with my experience with the wedding center.

I got my mother of bride dress and bridesmaid dresses there and I've had nothing but great experiences. There was one time i ran into a lady that really shouldn't be working with customers. otherwise, the rest of the ladies in the bridesmaid section are great. Very helpful.

Some of the older ladies lack a little tact but some are very sweet. I love dealing with Bob he reminds me of my grandfather!

I had read a lot of very mixed reviews on here about them- mostly negative reviews about their alterations!
I stopped there for about 10 minutes one day on my lunch. They have everything it seems. I went downstairs right away so didnt really get to see much upstairs except the jewlery counter for a moment. I saw the bm dress that I think Im going to use for $175 and saw it at other places for 190 or 200. Thing is if their alterations are really bad, the cheaper price wouldnt be worth it. The woman who was there and talking to me was very very nice and gave me brochures, etc.
I think its worth it for a trip but if you are going for dresses, I would read some reviews on your own about alterations...Im sure they are not all negative, just a lot unfortunately

I think it's a great place for trying on dresses and pricing them out...but I wouldn't personally buy from them. I've always used them more as a tool in the past, for my sister's wedding and now my own. They have a very nice selection, but I've found their customer service to be lacking, so I just do my research there and go to other places.

I haven't been there myself but a few people that I work with have and I've heard horror stories- at least about the MOB/MOG dresses. One woman ordered her MOB dress there and they couldn't get the dress she ordered and they gave her the run-around for 4 months before she got her money back. Another person had a lot of problems with the alterations and had to bring her dress to a different tailor 3 days before her daughter's wedding to have it fixed. I have heard some other girls on here talk about similar issues, so I would say check it out, but proceed with caution!

i went there to look at BM dresses. they had a large selection and were very helpful. i ended up not buying from there only because i bought my BM dresses from the same place as my gown

My friend got her BM dresses there-I was a bridesmaid. She was happy-their prices are ok. I didn't get my alterations there but the girls who did weren't very happy.
