anyone booked New York City Fire Museum?

they're asking $2,200 for 8hrs. it includes the museum and clean up service. that's it. i had hoped to have more involved but that's it.
i'm wondering if anyone's ever booked this place and how they got it for. also what i should look out for? what advice you can give me? recommendations? etx? TIA!!!!!!!
