They have sale right now for a leather sofa and loveseat for $999. Anyone buy from Jennifer leather? How was the service?

We didn't buy a leather couch from them, but we did buy our regular couch from them. JT's friend is the VP of sales for NY and NJ, so we got a REALLY good deal. We had no problems with them at all and the couch is beautiful. I have heard of complaints against Jennifer Convertibles because people were not happy with the stuffing in the couch, but I haven't heard many bad things about the Leather department.

We also don't have a leather couch from them, but have a sofabed, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, lamp, as well as kitchen table and chairs from Jennifer!! Overall, we have been happy with the quality of the couches. We had a lot of difficulty with delivery, though.

my brother has a leather couch and chair from jennifer leathers and there beautiful and after 2 years still look great

I bought a sofa set from them years ago. It did take all day waiting for delivery but they were great. My parents still have the love seat in their bedroom.

I would HIGHLY recommend them!
We bought a leather couch, love seat and chair for $1100 a couple of months ago and love them.
We did have problems with them though (right after teh delevery people left we noticed scratches in the leather arms and called the company service number right away -like 5 minutes after the men left and they were very RUDE to us and hung up on us several times, and saying it's not their problem once the men have left- it was our fault for not inspecting them before the guys left- ok, probably was but we are new at this. My DH called the place we bought the sofas and they were so apologetic to us and corrected the problem fo rus right away!) They were so accommodating and went out of their way to help us out. Our sofas are perfect after waiting a few weeks to get new ones, but it was all worth it. The place we bought them called us on a weekly basis practically and updated us on the progress of getting our new couches.
Yes, anyplace can have problems when dealing with them but it's what the place will do for you that counts. I would definately recommend them. .
