I only have a MOH, but I'm taking her to a spa with me and getting her something special..not DOJ or bridemaidsy stuff.

I think it depends on your gift. Ive been in a wedding where we all got movado watches and obvi that was it lol...but ive also been in a wedding where we recieved the DOJ, and several different items relating to our friendship.

i'm only having a MOH and i bought her a bag and her earrings for the day of. I thought that was enough.

Money has been really tight, so I bought my girls (just MoH and BM) a bracelet and jewelry box.

We got them each a flipcam, a necklace and I'm paying for their makeup.

part of their hair & make up pd for
K: not sure what her 'big gift is going to be, maybe a flip cam'
L: I got her a beautiful topaz necklace & a purse
They both got MOH zip ups & B-party tanks
DOJ
slippers

i got them each a different Coach bag, a different Kate Spade wallet and they all got the same manicure set.

This is what I did. I got my BMs coach wristlets (I just made sure it was the big sized wristlet since its just one gitft) and I got my 2 MOH coach bags, smaller bags.

I'm doing wristlets, DOJ and paying for their hair. I'm doing all that because they paid for half my shower and paid for my bach party. I wanted to help them as much as I could so I'm paying for hair, just to alleviate the cost of being a BM.
