I feel weird doing this, but here goes:
Our House for Sale
It's in the Westbury zip code, but Carle Place school district. It's walking distance (maybe 5 or 6 blocks) from the Carle Place LIRR station, which has been a godsend for us. EVERYTHING in the house is new-- a newly remodeled bathroom upstairs, furnace and CAC less than 3 years old, roof less than 3 yrs old, windows only a year old, upgraded electricity, and almost all carpets are less than 3 years old.
It's not in the MLS yet though, still exclusive to Daniel Gale. FM me if you are interested in any further info, or need the realtor's info!

We went to open houses for the 1st time this past weekend and were very discouraged at the crap people sell for the price they are asking for. If only I had grown up in another part of the country! ![]()

It's very nice -- can I ask what size your lot is?? Why are you selling??? DH's brother lives in Carle Place, they have a beautiful house and love it there...
