Anyone do Rose petals on their tables instead of centerpieces?

I'm wondering how many bags I'll need...

Thanks!

I am. I really don't know how much you will need. I just told my florist around how many tables I was having-as well as the cake table and a place card table.

ooh, I didn't think anyone would reply...I'm so glad you did!

We're just doing rose petals with lots of candles at the suggestion of our catering hall. Figured I would save some money on flowers!

How much are you paying for them, if you don't mind my asking? I just saw them online for $9.95 for a bag of 500...I figured I would need 2-3 bags.
