Anyone do the Carmen Electra strip tease work outs?
I just ordered them..anyone have any success with them? Also anyone else hear of taking pole dance lessons? My moh asked if I wanted to go, but I am a little nervous about that

This is something so can't do. I would feel embarased. I heard it's a GREAT work out, and pole dancing is supposed to be really hard (well, thats what Kelly Ripa said)

My BF owns a pole dance studio in NYC, it's hard and a lot of fun depending on what you're trying to do. Women even do bachelorette parties there.

I have the dvds. They are fun and good to get the blood flowing a little bit, but the second disc is the only one that I really felt gave me a challenging work out, and that's the only one that isn't dancing, it's exercises with a trainer. It definitely gives a good workout though! and the others are good if you don't feel like you have a real workout in you, but still want to do a little something.
I should add that I haven't tried the hiphop disc yet, so I don't know about that one, it might be more challenging.

I would have to guess that it would be fun, but definitely not a kick-@ss cardio workout... like those bellydancing DVD's I have - they are fun, but I don't break a sweat - I do have a crunch fitness latin cardio that makes me sweat a little....

i have not done the videos but i signed up at my local gym for when they start giving classes which should be soon!! i'm so excited!! i didn't want to do it at home b/c i live with my FH at his parents house until we are married and well, you know... that would be really weird with the pole and everything, where would i put it when i was not doing it? where would i even do it?! what if his dad found it?! HAHA!
