Anyone doing calligraphy for invites themselves?

I'm planning on doing my own calligraphy, was wondering how hard it is to do soooo many envelopes?

I did a few of ours that we didn't get the addresses for until later. They came out pretty nice.I didn't think it was hard at all.

We are doing it ourselves at all. There are sets you can purchase to make it easier than it seems

I did them myself and it wasn't too bad! I sat at the table with some music and it went along just fine

Are they any tips you can give me for centering the writing and keeping in straight lines???

I'm planning on doing them myself. I have nice hand writting. It shouldn't be hard, right? Don't plan to do them all at once, but little by little.

What kind of sets can you buy to make it easier? I think I could do it, but would be worried about the spacing and making the lines straight. I took a calligraphy class in college and I was constantly doing things over. You can't erase!

For those of you who did your own, did you use one of those marker type calligraphy pens? I have only done it with ink and a nib. What a pain in the a**!!!
