Anyone doing E Pics this time of year?

We've had so much going on that FH and I haven't scheduled our E Pic shoot and now I'm getting a little worried. I know it will be in the meat packing district so it's not like I have to worry about bare trees or anything but I'm concerned with it being cold! Is anyone else taking pics this time of year? I wasn't planning on wearing a coat in the pics but now I'm worried that I'll have to.

For people who are planning to do their pics in the fall/winter, what are you wearing? I'm wondering if I can just throw off my coat, snap the pics, then put it back on. Our shoot will only be like 30-45 mins long so I guess it shouldn't be too bad.

I am taking mine next week but figured i would wear something nice but if i had to put a nice coat with a scarf...... guess im depending on the weather

I waited too long to schedule my epics and the soonest appointment they could give me is November 19th! I told them to keep my number handy in case someone cancels earlier. I'm going to try and find a nice leather jacket to wear for the pics and if I can't, Ill do what you said with a regular coat.

I will be taking mine hopefully in November. I will wear a sweater or a nice leather jacket. I love the cold weather so it won't bother me and cold weather makes me think of snuggling and that is my favorite romantic winter pastime.

I was just thinking about that too. I havent scheduled mine, but want to do them soon! I just hope we arent freezing!

I'm taking mine next week but I am just going to tough it out if its cold and keep my fingers crossed. I am getting married this time of year and plan on doing the same thing day of to get outdoor photos.

We are doing them I think in 3 weeks?? have to check the calendar....I am just going to wear a cute sweater and I think he will wear a button down w a nice pair of jeans....we can put jackets on in between if we get cold but a nice sweater should keep me warm!

were taking pics in the city on the 25th..i have a dress and i was just going to wear a coat, take it off for the pics, and then put it back on

I took mine last week by the Brooklyn Bridge and it was a bit chilly. I just put my coat on whenever we weren't being photographed and it worked out fine!

UMMM i'm taking mine on 12/11 in the financial district... we're going to be FREEEEZING....i'm going to wear my winter coat.... which will probably make me look like a chubbster..

we might be taking ours on the 31st. If not then Nov or Dec. I have no idea what to wear but I am going to take off my coat for the pix and then put it back on in btwn.
FH will never go for this, they guy gets cold in 100 degrees in the summer

we will be doing ours in november/december @ south street seaport. i want us to be wearing coats, hats, gloves.. we had our first date in December, we went to see the x-mas tree so i wanted out pictures in the winter also.. and i looove christmas time in the city.

I am doing mine on Tuesday @ south street seaport. So far the weather looks good, except for it being a bit chilly.

We started dating in December, got engaged in December and having our wedding in January. I HATE the cold - funny how things happen. I wanted the e-pix in the summer but it didn't work out with our schedules. Still no idea what to wear but it will be a dress.

I am taking nine next Sunday. I have a dress and a pair of heels that I am wearing but I am bringing my long coat and a nice scarf incase it's really cold. Figured I would suffer through some pics with the coat off and then take some with it on

we took ours 2 weeks ago in the city and it was numbingly cold, cloudy and windy that day!
i wore a cap sleeve dress and boots. and i ended up wearing my jacket in some of the shots (which i wasnt planning on doing either) and inbetween shots or when we were walking to another spot. i had goosebumps all over, inc my face. so im still waiting to see how they came out.

as long as you are prepared for the cold, i think you will be ok. We werent prepared at all!
