I did it a couple of years ago and I was always hungary. Sometimes I felt light headed bc I don't think I was eating enough of a balanced meal. BTW....I did lose a few pounds, but physically I just didn't feel that great.

It gives you really bad gas...I have tried it a couple of times, but the gas is too much, can't stay with it.

i noticed a gas issue with the atkins bars too.

was it the bars or the shakes that did that? is the powdered shake as bad?

I did slim fast years ago and always felt dizzy.

By the way not to be gross but speaking of gas - STAY AWAY from sugar free russel stover candies...chocolate etc.....the gas pain i had was unbearable and unfortunately this was at work.....i wont say anymore!

a woman i work with it was doing it and was always running to the bathroom i felt so bad for her. she sometimes had such bad gas she was doubling over in pain yikessss. needless to say she is trying something different now. which is great because the bathroom smells a heck of a lot better lol
