Anyone doing South Beach?

i just started yesterday. I've done WW in the past, but wanted to try something different. I couldn't get myself motivated with the WW.

I did South Beach a few weeks ago, before I left for vacation. I liked it because I wasn't hungry, but I found myself to be very forgetful at work. I think my brain needs carbs! Now I'm just trying to follow the phase 2 and 3 eating habits. Phase 1 was too strict for me.
