not doing a father/daughter dance?? I'm not that close to my father (my parents are divorced a long time) and I don't know if I should do a father/daugther dance. I'm open to any suggestions, anyone doing something different or just not doing one at all??.....

We are going to dance our dance as husband and wife and then invite both sets of parents to come up to show the union of two families... HTH

I am not very close with my father either. I actually have a step-father whom I am closer with. I originally didn't want to do a dance at all, but then I realized that I shouldn't have to miss out on the dance with my step-dad, so I am having one with both dad's.
But I think its perfectly okay to just not have the father daughter dance. Will FH be dancing with him mom?
