i still don't agree how it went down. both sides are still wrong and its sad that they missed an entire season. yeah, fans will be back, but it will be hard to bring them back. just like baseball when the year ended early, fans were upset. they fight over money that the fans pay. its really sick when you think about it.

its hard to compare a baseball player holding out and a hockey player holding out.... it definitely stinks that we missed a whole year, but fh and i are more than ready for hockey season!!!!!

They better just 'FIX IT RIGHT' like they claim they would do.
There is no point going through this and have another lockout in 3-5 years.
I'll wait years to see another hockey game if it will guarantee me 40 years of no lockouts.

Re: Anyone else a Hockey Fan
They can't have a lockout in 3-5 years when it expires in 6. Anyway now that the owners have their cap and the players have a lower UFA age, both sides should be happy for a while.
Yes I am pissed that we missed a year but I'm glad it's back cause I love hockey.
