This is my first season coaching girls spring track. Im finding it challenging and was wondering if anyone knew if there was a chatboard out there like this one for coaches? i especially need help motivating my team to get past the fact that as a whole we are not a very competitive team, but that doesnt mean that we give up! As a HS runner, I was not like this, so I'm finding it really frustrating because I cant understand how anyone could not try their best, etc. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr help please!

Sounds frustrating....how could someone be on a team & not give their all? I was on my HS softball team.
