Re: Anyone else depressed that their wedding is over?
The only thing I'm depressed about are the memories I have of my hall and the effect that it has on my memories of my wedding as a whole. I can't think back on it without getting angry.
Other than that, I had a beautiful day that I wouldn't trade for the world. I love looking at my pictures, and I love that my husband comes home from work to me every night, and I get to wake up to him every morning.
Although sometimes I do miss being bride, I love being Kevin's wife so much more.

YES especially with how horrible everything turned out at the end. I wish I could redo it all.

HELL NO! OK, so I would the day again, the day, in a heartbeat. From the moment I stepped out of the limo at the church until the last dance...but to relive all that nutty stress and plan again? And to go through that hellish morning? HELL NO!
I have issues!

My hall will forever burn a little hole in my day as well, but remember that the day was about your friends and family, and your new husband, and it helps me to ease the hatred I have towrd them......

Re: Anyone else depressed that their wedding is over?
At first I was depressed it was over. I didn't know what to do with my spare time but now that I have the video I am better. Also my husband and I are making our goals so that is now occupying my time. We are also getting a cat so now I can be a mom to an animal. But depressed no longer. I am just a happy married woman enjoying the time iwth my DH and family.

No, not really. I don't miss any of the planning, definitely not the chaos of the whole organizing of the bachelorette party.
The day of was amazing. I can't even put into words all of the emotions I felt. And then seeing my now husband for the first time -- i get chills just thinking about it.
It was by far the best day of my life. I think if I had to do it all over again, it could not have turned out any better.......

i was a little sad after everything settled down (maybe like a month or so after the wedding).. b/c it was like coming down from a natural high. But now, it feels like the wedding was soooo long ago, and that it really was 'just the beginning'.
NICELY SAID!
