I know exactly what you are talking about. I hoping it gets easier as you do it more and more and get used to it.

Re: Anyone else doing Pilates?
I want to try pilates, but what is it exactly? Is it like yoga, or more stretching. I need to slim down my butt and thighs. My brothers wedding is in a little over a month and my BM dress is too tight

Yoga is more stretching & a lot more breathing... Pilates is kind of like it, but I'll tell ya the workout kickd my A$$ the first two days... it is a type of aerobic & resistance (isometric, I think it's called) training.... boy do you feel it. I also use my treadmill & this blows it away.

I do the Jennifer Kires pilates not the Windsor pilates and I also do power yoga. Amazing how much you can sweat in pilates and yoga isn't it....

Pilates and yoga are two totally different exercise routines.

Re: Anyone else doing Pilates?
my a$$ is so bubbly, it's making it hard to balance in the right position.
As for yoga... I tried yoga... a lot of stretching & stuff, but I found it caused me more pain than it helped me, so I stopped.
