anyone else getting married on their anniversary??

Steve and I are getting married on our 8 year anniversary. I was wondering if anyone else is doing the same??

i wanted to do that - we did something a little different - definately corny - he has a thing about the #9 - we're doing 04.05.09 which 4+5=9 and 09 of course but the date added together is 18 which if ur into that numbers stuff 1+8=9 so its all put together nicely yea i know imma dork

We did!

It was our 7 year anniversary 1/12/08! That was our reason for a January wedding!

We are getting married on my aunt and uncle's anniversary, but I didn't know that until after we booked.

We did!

I really wanted to... our anniv is 9/1/02 and 9/1/07 was on a weekend but that was just way too soon for us. Plus, school has started by then so it's really impractical. 8/17/08 is 2 weeks before our 6 year anniv and it was as close as we could get

I would've loved to do that, but it wouldn't have worked out for me cause my anniversary is on a Wednesday.

My brother and sis-in-law got married on their anniversary, it was cute! And they've only ever had to remember one date. Haha.

I couldn't get married on our anniversary because its on Tuesday so the closest we got was the 25th which happened to be the anniversary of our Senior Prom (we went together!!) We even went to check out Jericho Terrace where our Senior Prom was held.
