Anyone else gettting

panic attacks at night? Or is it only my insane ass?

I cant take it, I thought I was having a heart attack the other night

I get panic attacks that we won't have enough money!! Just take deep breaths and tell yourself everything will be fine!!

same as oct1203....when funds start looking low and i have attacks that we wont have enough money i get beyond panic attacks. i get so sick. but i just take a deep breathe and my FI reminds me that its ok and things will be fine

I get panic attacks thinking about how my FI's grandmother will act at our wedding. She has a habit of inviting people to events even though these people have not received a formal invitation. She did this at an uncle's wedding and she did this recently to us for her sister's birthday party. This woman is absolutely insane!

oh yes, i am too. nightmares every night and so much anxiety during the day that i can barely get anything done! i need to just step back and remember to breath!! when i feel a panick attack coming on i just try to remember my ZEN wedding planning exercise. ...i am a pebble in a stream and the wave that is my ______[fill in the blank, usually mother or some crazy relative driving me crazy] is just gently streaming over me.....

i know , i am a freak!!! but it helps! don't worry wacky, if it helps at all, you are definitely not alone!

I haven't been able to sleep since I picked up my invitations. I am so tired these days I can barely function!

I don't really get anxiety attacks but I do stress about how life will be like in jail after I murder the family member that steps out of line on my day...
