I absolutely HATE waiting for the mortgage underwriter to call with the results of a 'new program'.......

i can't wait any longer..i need to have a closing date..and i just found out that my lawyer didn't send the lien search to the bank last week when i asked him to and that's what is holding up the date..ARRRHHH
