I've been at my job for around 8 months and i absolutely hate it. It's a tiny company with no money and a crappy boss. I was promised a raise 3 months ago and still havn't seen it and on top of that i only get paid once a month. I was suppose to get paid today but she forgot my check and i need the money!!! I'm so frustrated with it. Sorry just had to vent.
Anyone else feel like this..?

I am a grad student working on my Phd and there have been too many days lately where I find myself asking WHY THE HELL AM I PUTTING MYSELF through this!!! I make less $$ now than my first job after college...I know it will get better BUT with the wedding stuff my stress level is at an all time high.

OMG I feel exactly the same!!! It is awful! I have a crappy job with a crappy boss, who always breaks promises. I have started looking for openings elsewhere! I totally hear where you are coming from!!! I hope it gets better for both of us!

I dont hate it per se...I studied what I'm doing now in college...but I have yet to get a raise and I'm making a fraction of what I could be making in a different company.
But they dont realize I'm using them to get my certifications and lisences and then MOVIN ON!!!!
But yes, I feel your pain on the money situation!

There are days when I hate it and days where I realize I could have it MUCH worse. The pay really s*cks, but we get a ton of vacation time and pretty good benefits so that makes up for it.
I just keep waiting to win the lotto so I don’t have to worry about it.

When I got to the point that I couldn't stand it anymore I looked for a new job and now I'm leaving. Friday is my last day! Do yourself a favor and start the job hunt (but don't quit until you get a new job).

Thanks, yea, i've started looking, but there isn't many PR postings out there. I think at this point i would settle for a receptionist job, it will prob. pay better.

That is how I feel about a particular person but she can hit with a bike instead less painful I am going to hell after this

HAHA it stinks that people can ruin our day. I seriously think there is something mentally wrong with the girl. One day she's on a high and the next a low. Possibly bipolar? She's not working in the field she went to school for so I secretly wish that she misses her passion, leaves here and does us all a favor.

this is my exact situation...as long as i do like 1 hr of work in an 8 hr day she is in love with me...welll shes always in love with me! but i am just getting bored with it all. i wish i could quit now, but i need the money! come september, this job is done!

I DO!!! I have been here for 8 years and it's getting to the point where i think i should move on. I went back to school for Fashion but hard to get something in the field. Been looking but it's really hard these days! Not much out there! I was thinking of doing make up on the side for now for extra $$, I was free-lancing for MAC. We'll see.. Just keep looking don't give up! Something will come along....
