Anyone else have Optimum Online.......

and constantly have problems sending emails and get a message saying to try again later?
Its very annoying!!!!!!!!!!

Yup. I think it's Outlook Express error, though... right? It happens to a friend of mine all the time too and she doesnt have OOL. But it usually goes through after a minute or two for me. Still annoying.

YES!!!! It's the most annoying thing....i was on the phone with them this morning--it's not outlook express-it's them---ROAR!

I used to have problems all the time until I started using their web based email. I go to the optonline.net site and you can sign in to check your email!! the only setback is that any emails that you have in Outlook right now will not show up in the webbased one. I love it!! I can check my email from any computer!!

anyway--i use webmail too--there is a setting that you can keep them on your outlook express account also--only the ones you delete from webmail will not appear. webmail was giving me a problem this morning too!

Ugh! Figures its my luck. My friend who has them is having the same problem. Maybe I need to call them and complain!!!

I called them yesterday, but got the machine saying that the email system is all messed up.

If it doesn't clear up by Monday, I'll wait the darn 30 min. to speak with a representative!

It's frustrating, I can't send any emails!!!
