anyone else having a blah kind of day?

Don't know about the rest of you girls but I get the feeling I should have stayed in bed today.

i think today is actually the opposite for me. i was feelign like tha for some time.. and i am trying to turn it around.

keep your head up. it will work out to be a great day!

Yeah, I'm not feeling super great, I think it's time to get those top 2 wisdom teeth pulled

i am def feeling like that today. i even took the day off to get school work done that is due tomorrow and i really didnt want to get out of bed...

plus to add to that my boss calls me and tells me there are ethical issues regarding my position at work and i might have to be terminated!!! WHAT!!!

-i work for New York State Insurance Fund. Last year I worked in the city 3 days a week 7.5 hours each day (while i was going to school full time) but my position was a student assistant
-then when i moved back home i moved to their office in melville but they stopped having student assistant positions so they asked the temp agency that they use to hire me and let me work at their office still (since I was technically doing the work of an administrative assistant and my boss now wanted to keep me as his secretary haha) so they hired me

but now Eliot Spitzers stupid *** (sorry if i am offending anyone) is making all these new ethical rules. He is technically New York State Insurance Fund's HEAD BOSS since he is the governer he runs the State Facilities. But anyway my boss asked me these questions: Were you a full time students at teh time of employment?-YES
were you getting benefits or vacation?-NO
were you working more than 1/2 time?-from looking at the 3 days I worked and they were full days they might consider that I worked more than 1/2 time!!

but my boss loves me which is good so he is trying to get around this or find different ways to say that I wasnt working more than 1/2 time!! Cause they never specified if it is 1/2 time for the year or month or week!!

Sorry I needed to Vent cause not something i wanted to hear on a day off!!!!!!
