I have slept 3 hours a night for the past few nights. I am so stewed that I can't even spell. I wake up at 2-3 am and do wedding stuff. I go over lists, go over budgeting, bills......I hope this dosen't last too long. I'm exhausted but can't sleep.

i know exactly what youre going through. I always have the wedding on my mind and the closer my wedding comes the more time i spend analyzing, searching, and going over things. I am exhausted also and cant sleep but i do find myself falling asleep in class alot lol...which is not good.

oh you poor thing!! I have been having a little trouble sleeping the last few nights also. I keep a pen and notepad next to my bed so if anything is stuck in my head and keeping me awake I can just write it down and deal with it tomorrow. It helps me relax.

Last night I was awake for a couple of hours. Totally $ucks that I get sleepy when it's time to wake up. I know it won't last too long for me. You have lots in your brain. Try disecting what you can and cannot do.

oh let me tell you that you are not alone!! a few weeks ago i was on a crazy sleep schedule! i havent been working the past few months so i am not on as strict of a schedule. i was staying up until 4 or 5 am. even if i laid down with fh at 10 or 11 i would lay wide awake for hours......thinking about anything and everything-seating, flowers, dresses, invites.....i am FINALLY back on schedule. its all the stress. go get a mani pedi and try to get to bed early and youll be back on track soon.

i feel ur pain... i waited till last month to go to the doc.. nothing worked well not melatonin not OTC sleep aids.. i cut all caffine out of my diet, totally destressed before bed all what they say to do.. but i hda to go on lunesta.. so im on lunesta (wonder drug.. no 'hangover' in the morning et).. for 4 months (a few weeks after the wedding i switch to rozerum a less potent one ) i dont know if meds are the answer for you but they were for me i tried all the alternatives.. HIGHLY recommend lunesta

no but my FH does!! Poor guy!! He has been taking Ambien here and there to try and get some sleep! Helps big time!

Nic. you should try melatonin. Its a natural sleep aid. Its like a vitamin. You get it at any drug store in the vitamin section.

Yes! I don't make it into bed before 2am, and when I do get into bed, I wake FH up and make him suffer because I can't sleep. I'm such a brat!

Yep, this has been happening to me as well. I have so much trouble falling asleep at night b/c wedding stuff is going through my head. Sometimes getting up and reading something non-wedding related helps.

Ever since we started getting the response cards coming in I've been getting a little stressed. Last night I couldn't fall asleep until 1:30. For me that is waaaay passed my normal bedtime.
