anyone else having problems with liw site????

every time I try to subscribe to a post or post a new topic or quote someone else's post the site asks me to sign in.....BUT if I just post in the box at the bottom of someone's post it lets me and I have access to everything else??
this happened last week too but it fixed its self but now it's getting annoying!
