Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
I can't sleep. Simple as that. I'm sooo tired too, but once I hit the pillow my mind starts racing. I don't know why. I'm ahead of the game with all my planning and I have a little less than a year to go.Of course, its 11 am now and I can fall asleep right here at my desk!
Anyone have any solutions besides sleeping pills?

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
Drink a cup of SleepyTime Tea at night about a half hour before you get into bed. There is some kind of relaxing herb in there that helps.

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
I read somewhere that if you do the same thing (like drink a cup of decaf tea or milk) every night right before you go to sleep, your body will begin to interpret it as a signal that indicates it is time to sleep and that is helps people who can't fall asleep when they want to. Never tried it, though.

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
Tylenol PM works wonders...but maybe you should try some deep breathing, stretching or yoga before bed...

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
oh my Gosh! Me too! I am a month away today and it started a couple of days ago. I am up all night almost watching whatever is on TV. I hope it ends soon! I have a feeling it will be until the wedding though.

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
Taking a warm bath before bed always helps me. Also, I have a sleep/meditation cd that I listen to as I fall asleep if I am having trouble. It helps alot.

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
karen i have the SAME problem,.....Tylenol PM, nothing with caffeine in IT 3 HRS BEFORE BED-iced tea, tea, hot chocolate, soda or coffee. Also, a massage if you live with FH works wonders even if its for a few minutes!

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
I cant sleep either, infact I feel exhausted the entire time I am at work. Too much on my mind as well! I'll give the sleepy tea a try. :)

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
Thanks for your responses girls. I've done the bath thing and I've avoided eating and drinking anything before going to bed.I think I need a vacation!

Cindy, I keep a pen and paper by my bed and when i wake up thinking about something I jot it down. It helps a little.

Re: Anyone else having trouble sleeping?
I have had problems sleeping for a while now. I take 1 tylenol PM and I sleep good. Other wise I am up every hour. I don't take one every night though. Right now I'm working 2 jobs 7 days a week so my mind is always racing. Not to mention worrying about the wedding coming up in 2 months.
