I had an okay salad....but i have fruit for a mid-afternoon snack. Fresh cut watermelon and canteloupe YUMMMMMMM

i have been so bad lately. my coworkers and i went to bangkok house for their lunch special - $6.95 for entree, and choice of 3 of 5 from salad, soup, dumpling/spring rolls, soft drink or ice cream. THEN to top it off, my building was having tenant appreciation week and i just had a B&J popsicle that had 350 calories with 30 grams of sugar and 20 grams of fat

AND to top it off, i bought crumbs cupcakes for my friend's bday tonight and we're going to be drinking 2 for 1 martinis

my run today was worthless
