But to answer the question...yes, I am drawn to his voice/music.

that is what they said when he won an award for the American Music Awards. I was surprised.
Maybe Im wrong, but I think he is 16

OMG I didn't know he was that young! He has a great voice though and I love his lyrics!

I like him, though I find his cd to get a little annoying around the time of the fifth song or so.
BTW, he's not 16, I heard that he was a while ago, so I looked it up.

Okay- found a website that says:

John Clayton Mayer was born on October 16, 1977.


That makes him only one year younger than me.

I feel better- I am not a pervert. He is 25.

He's great. I believe he is actually 25, but he looks 16

'83 is him singing about being 6 again and silly stuff That makes sense.

Yeah, he said something like, wow how cool for a 16 year old. I don't know what that meant....anyhow, that's why I looked it up.

I think when he said he was 16, he was trying to convey that he felt like he was 16

somedaybride...yes, he did say something like that in his speech, so I thought he was that young. But glad Im mistaken
