Today is the 3 month mark for us. I am so worried that we will not be able to pay off these vendors! It's the cash thing. I would feel so much better if we could pay things on credit then pay off the bills with the wedding money. We are so friggin broke and don't spend $ on ANYTHING!

We haven't charged anything yet but I think we're going to have no choice. I am starting a new job in Sept and won't be paid til the 3rd week which is going to KILL us! My student loans are sucking us dry and I don't leave my house cause gas is through the roof. I know it all works out somehow but I don't feel any reprieve from that!
Maybe I'll start stripping...

Yeah I hear ya, I've charged little things like labels and the favor boxes. But the big vendors we have the money. I guess we will have to do what we have to do, there is no other option!

I have not been able to sleep for weeks...stressed beyond belief about money, wedding, work, and my uncle. Everyone says that it gets better, but it hasn't been getting any better!

Ok, just thinking about this has brought back the anxiety, and my stomach's in a knot. Time for a mani/pedi. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and I was just going to get the mani because I got a pedi 2 weeks ago and it's still ok, and I wanted to save $20, but screw it. After all this talk about having no money, I need to spend some on ME.

Everything is paid except for the RH and that is FH's responsibility.
I must admit I am stressed about the balance tho.

We have not charged anything either. I think we will be fine. Then again we only paid deposits....Oct will be the month were all the money goes out the window.
Atleast it's all worth it.

I think we've been good with our spending. I have to say I'm not worried. We try to pay for everything out of pocket but we've been savin a lot for wedding expenses as well. So I have to say, that we're not losing any sleep thank goodness. Save first, we actually have automatic savings set up with the bank.

i thought i was worried b/4, now thanks to this thread i am even more a mess. I stay up many a nights thinking about this.... plus i dont day dream good things, i day dream about saving money and making payments, etc...
Not to mention we should be closing on a house within the next two weeks, so we are going to have to add a mortgage on top off all this stress. FH and I are considering geting a 0% interest card and just putting things on there, at least that will give us a little more time to pay things off.
It is so crazy to think how much $$ is spent on weddings.... our parents paid 1/4 of what we are paying now... can you only imagine what prices will be like a few years from now?!

I have to say...I was perfectly fine up until this week. It all of a sudden hit me that we do not have a lot of time to save...before, it seemed so far away. But now with the shower invites out, my envelopes at the calligrapher, my DIY invites done... I feel like it's actually happening and we still are in need of some real cash! Oh boy...we shall see how this turns out!

I am totally losing sleep! People at work keep telling me I look tired- which really means you look horrible! Between the wedding costs and we just bought a home sometimes I just want to cry!!! It is SO expensive!

Sleep whats sleep. I do not think I sleep anymore. Between thinking about the wedding and all the things that need to be done. And I am going back to work next week (I am a teacher), looking for a place ofr us to live and turning 30 in 2 weeks I think I am coming close to the breaking point. I actually turned to FH last night and asked him if he thought I was going crazy and losing it. Plus to top it all off my OCD has been taking over my life a lot lately too....
Well now that I got that off my chest.....

So I decided to make some extra $$ by selling my cr@p on eBay! I used to be a PartyLite rep so I'll see what my candle stuff will sell for and any other unused stuff lying around...hey you never know!

I've been losing sleep over this too. I feel like paying whatever we can now on credit card for those vendors that accept it and leave the cash for the ones that request it. I hate this part of the planning.
