I have already lost about 7lbs. on my own but my brother who isn't really heavy called to say he was joining so we signed up together this morning. I am trying to lose 50lbs before Sept. 27 wedding date

Weigh-in is tomorrow...I have lost about 8.4 pounds but I just got my monthly and am nervous about going...
I need to focus more....I want to loose about another 15 pounds....

Just joined last week. i'm really not good at following diest, even ww. but i'm watching what i eat. just need to look 10, but would be great to lose 15. i still have a little time.
