i swear i hear the word money and want to cry.

I sometimes get stressed about money but then I buy something new and the stress goes away.

JOKING!!!!

Money is the ONLY thing I worry about. We have enough for now.... I just worry about the future... buying a house and staying in the lifestyle we enjoy.

Same here and Fh is out on workmans comp so it doesnt help right now. He thinks money is like water , he likes to piss it away and I like to conserve it. He just wanted to get me $200 coach boots and I told him NO!!! I know, I know dumb choice.

Hello, I am a new and engaged. I just started my wedding planning and I have such a headache. Im trying to pick my hall first and then on to other things, I dont know how Iam going to do it

It's soooooooo hard but you need to think of the BIG picture. Sure $200 is not a crazy insane amount but $200 saved this year is even more next year.... $200 is postage for your invites and thank yous for eparty, bridal shower and wedding.

$200 is a veil. Or day of jewelry. Or shoes or a nice MOB gift. There are so many better ways to spend $200 than on boots that are just this season.

Damn Angela we think alike,lol. I want to kill Fh for wanting to buy an xbox 360!!! I just got him a really nice expensive watch for xmas and some other things since he got me the ring and a great bday present right after but, to get him the system after that will kill me, especially since I have my son. So do I return all his stuff and get him the system so he doesnt go get it or just leave it alone!! He drives me crazy about money.

I am extremely stressed about money, and it doesn't help that it's the holiday season. FH and I went Christmas shopping last weekend but b/c of the budget we've set for ourselves, it wasn't very much fun and we left depressed.

I know...it is the time of year...I feel like xmas gets out of hand with money. Like at my school they want all the teachers to give $40 to get the custodians and cooks gifts.....that is a lot of money and I just can't afford it. We have been trying to save for a house and we put saving on the back burner for a bit just to get xmas gifts but come on!!! I didn't spend $40 on my friends!!!!

I know...FH figured it out that each person would be getting well over $100 since there are so many teachers in the school...I am telling them I can not afford it...I am putting my foot down on this one.... I dont mean to be a scrooge but they have to understand that not everyone can just shell out that money....

i already regret quitting my 2nd job.

i wasnt sleeping, wasnt eating, never saw FH, never saw my dad.

but i should have stuck with it for a few more weeks ughh

time to find a new 2nd job. just not a big store like JCpenny

Yeah I'm stressed too. Between moving into our new house and planning this wedding (where his parents think that it is okay to invite a thousand people that I never knew existed) I am getting nervous. His family is stressing me out more than money. I am reaching my breaking point with them....
