i dont feel so bad. i went to sleep at like 11;30, but was awake by 2am/ i dont get it!!!

Sometimes that happens to me. I get to sleep at a normal time and then I just wake up and can't get back to sleep. Then I usually go on my computer to put myself back to sleep but once you get on LIW, it's all over. You're not going back to sleep.
