anyone else use my fitness pal app????

hiiii
i just downloaded an app My Fitness Pal last week.
my username is JennieBee19 (add me, if you have it too)
looking for buddies, encouragement and hopefully some of us can go on this journey together!
i soooo want to be a size 6 by my wedding. what i love abt it there is a food diary, im held accountable for every bite i take!! counts my calories, carbs, sugars protein etc for the day -- i needed that push. and we can view each others diary and motivate each other. yayayyyy lol

ive been using it since tuesday, religiously...staying at 1,200 calories...and im a huge junkfood eater!
for some reason when im accountable for every bite its easy....ive never been able to successly diet more than a day be4..this just might be the magic key--its almost like a game for me...instead of scramble with friends (jenniebee19 there too lol) its diet with friends!!

The best part is when you exercise and get to log your exercise and get calories back--that's my favorite part! Makes me want to exercise so I can eat more! LOL

My sn is alwayztalkin. I just sent everyone a friend invite. I need to get back on track...I've been slacking! I have 9 months before my big day and I want to fit into my dress.

I thought it would also show my real name but it doesn't! Though I'm glad it doesn't show like my daily foods and weight though

Im thinking of downloading it. Does it account for fats in food too? or only calorie count for the day?

I think it does, there is a little graph that shows where your calories are coming from. Unless you scan a barcode I can't say if it's 100% accurate but you can get a decent idea by at least looking at a list of what you ate all day.
