Anyone else wake up at 5:30AM this morning panicking about the cost of their wedding?
I bet I am the only one. This is the fifth time I have been unable to sleep because of the cost of this wedding..with 5 months to go, i think i am panicking way too much already!

me too. Between worrying about $$$ and the invite list and just getting everything done, I couldn't fall asleep for almost 2 hours after I went to bed

We just figured out we are putting off our honeymoon until October the Wedding is Sept 9th Oh well

You are definitely NOT the only one. I wake up at least 2 times per week, usually between 4 and 5AM, with anxiety about wedding costs and other financial stress. I usually keep repeating to myself over and over 'It will be fine. The wedding will be beautiful.' until I fall asleep again. I have 7 more months of this!!!!! I probably won't sleep well until after the wedding.

Actually, last night is the first time in about a month I didn't wake up freaked out about the cost. Might have something to do with completing the tax returns and finding out the 'extra' money I need, I now have!

I couldn't fall asleep last night either, it was horrible!! I wasn't even worried about the wedding, but my mind was racing with other things!!!! Now I'm exhausted today!!

I think you need to relax...I mean if worst comes to worst take a loan or something...dont stress it!
ETA: I have dreams that Im on my way to church with just me dress on...no undergarments! LOL thats what Im worried about now! I think we're all under a lot of stress now sweetie...take it easy, sit down and re-evaluate your budget...if you're short of $$, take out a loan and then pay it off right away after the wedding.

i am definitely stressing...but if worse comes to worse, we will borrow the cash from my fil's and then repay them after the wedding...but hopefully we can pull it off on our own :) making lists and looking at the numbers and exploring the possibilities eases my mind. ~lacey

Sleep! I wish. Last night I was up until 4am then got FH up for work and only got an hour. I am so tired.
Then again everything stresses me out and keeps me up at night.

I know the feeling. FH and I dont live together but he stays over every night and leaves at around 5am. When I get up to let him out, I stay awake for a good hour or so just thinking about all the stuff I still need to do and go thru how much everything is in my head. I'm surprised sleep at all...

With only 5 weeks to go, I'm stressing over every penny that is spent. This has been a constant battle within myself. Making sure I stay within my budget. It's VERY hard but we're managing. I'm sure you'll be fine. I can't say it's gonna get better because for me, I'm still waiting for it to get better!!!

I found out last week that someone I know that was married May '04, took out a home equity loan to pay off the CC bills from the wedding to the tune of $75,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IMHO, no wedding is worth that kind of debt!

You are definately not the only one.... Between the wedding nightmares of not sending my invites out and realizing it on my wedding day, to trying to figure out how many paychecks I have left until all payments have to be made... I'm trying so hard not to freak out.... Then I have my mom wanting me to add the'Cloud' effect to the DJ price, but it's an expense I don't need..
