Well wait... I remember a few days ago you felt like crying bc you were so upset with FH for wanting to go to a strip club. Did you ever talk to him about it?? Perhaps that's what's on your mind still. You definitely need to clear that up if you haven't done so already, and that may make you feel a lot better.

What she said... and whenever I feel down I put on music LOUD and sing it out. Or I talk to my FH, he makes me feel better. Sometimes I just relax and read a book or watch TV to get my mind on something else.

Take a bath, do something you love and let yourself be sad.

My sister used to tell me that it was OK to be sad/pout/be angry for no more than an hour. After an hour of wallowing in my own self-pity, I had to return to the world of grown ups.

HTH!

nope we talked about that and cleared it all up!! thank god!! so who knows, I feel like an emotional rollercoaster lol

Awwww... Well I'm so glad you cleared that up though!!! That must have been such a relief. I've definitely felt down for absolutely no reason at all and it is the worst. Hot bath, your favorite movie... and lots and lots of chocolate might help!!!

ive had a few of those moments and honestly a lot of it had to do with the wedding planning.... i seriously had to sit back and laugh at myself for getting so caught up with everything

not sure if thats the reason why for you, but i def have days like that, just try not to wallow in it

I have been getting that way on and off....

I think its from obsessing and researching and doing stuff ...

then when there is a free moment, or there is nothing to concentrate on I feel empty ...

I just try to keep busy ....

otherwise .... I will be grabbing the wine very shortly!

Re: anyone ever..

It happens to me all of the time. I just try to think about all of the good things in my life. If that doesn't work I try to dig deep and figure out what is specifically bothering me (because there usually is something) and address it. Since I got back from the hospital I promised myself to be more positive about things and not sweat the small stuff because just being healthy is such a blessing that people take for granted every day

Re: anyone ever..

Don't be sad! You know, winter blues can be the reason. Just hit the gym, let the frustration out, relax, buy yourself something nice, plan a personal day... little things make a difference.

Feel better and we are here for you

Re: anyone ever..

Sounds to me like you need an escape. Take you FH & hide in Eastern Long Island for the week-end. Check out
www.liwinterfest.com There are free Jazz shows at many of the wineries out east. Don't tell anyone you are going just ESCAPE! Have fun!
