Anyone ever been on an RCI vacation?

My grandma gave me and my FH a free week of her RCI to use on our honeymoon....I have been putting off calling them to book (despite my grandma's pressure), because there are so many to choose from, and some of them are dingy, and not what I wanted for my honeymoon! I have been looking up all of the hotels in RCI on tripadvisor.com for the reviews, and some of them are good...I just got through Mexico...so I still have a ways to go...but I was wondering if anyone has ever been on an RCI vacation...and if they have any good recommendations for me?

I had a friend whose grandparents had an RCI timeshare. We went to Cabo San Lucas with it and it was the most beautfiul place I have ever stayed. Solmar Suites was the name of hte place.
She has stayed in some different places as well- But they were all nice. With Cabo, you can only swim on one side of the peninsula. The other side, (I think the pacific ocean side) is too dangerous to swim. Our hotel was on that side so when we hung out it was by the pool or we had to take a water taxi to the beach. Just something to keep in mind.
