.....I am considerring booking them for my wedding, but I am a little concerned about the food. Has anyone ever been there???????
I have never been there but heard it was associated with a cooking school? I heard from some people who had attended weddings there that the food was some of the best on the island.

I went there for two events. One was in a tent outside. The other was inside. Only one event was catered by the facility. The food was excellent And the hall was just beautiful. Your pictures will be unique if you book there. There are so many rooms that are just gorgous. Will you have the whole facility or will there be other events going on?
it's gorgeous, and I'm sure a wonderful facility, but very expensive!!!! When I called for my wedding, they quoted me $150 or so pp, and a site fee of several thousand dollars.
I do not think they allow other caterers to come in. I never even asked what the sight fee was.....OOOPS! I need to find that out!
They are reasonable for a mansion setting!
I was there for lunch, and all I can say is OH MY GOD!!! The food there is cooked basically by their students, and they do an awesome job. The desserts are even unbelieveable. I'm not sure how much they charge for a wedding though.
What was concerning me was they seemed to be offerring a small cocktail hour.....anyone actually attend a wedding and cocktail hour.
I asked my friend last night about the wedding she went there. She told me she was thinking of having her engagment party there because it was so good. But her date was booked. She said the place was elegent and the food was outstanding. I would not worry about the small cocktail hour. Remember you are better to have quality than quantity and your guests will NOT go hungry there and the quality is supposedly very high.
