Anyone ever been to wine country?

We, had planned not to take a honeymoon until the summer because I am a teacher and I knew it would be hard to take off. I really did not want a summer wedding.

So I was thinking of going to wine country for the weekend.

Has anyone ever been there? Is it fun.
I only have about two days because it is Colombus day weekend and I have to get back to work!

Wine country as in California wine country?

I would suggest going to The Arbor View . It is a bed and breakfast out in East Marion. Dh took me there when he proposed. The owners are just wonderful. You get a private bathroom and mine even had a whirlpool tub. The breakfast was delicous and they even worked around my picky appitite. I loved it there and can not wait to go back.

FI is real picky on where he puts his head at night.

So the rooms are real nice??? We have stayed in so many places over the years and FI has left when the accomadation weren't right.
