i have a cathedral and just heard of this... does it stay in? Is it heavy? How does it look?

i was a bm in a friend's wedding a few years ago and her veil bustled. she had it on all night long and looked fantastic. my veil is going to bustle too!

i don't have any pics...but it really looked fantastic and like i said she had it on all night long. i'll ask her if she found it heavy.

Basically what it looks like is you would take the cathedral halfway down and pull it up and under-to be honest, I was going to do this but a friend of mine did this and it looked horrible-everytime she turned her head sh ehad to push it out of her face and it totally took away from her dress-its very messy and it really does whatever it wants once its bustled, of course this depends on the width of the veil and how long it is b/c the wider and longer the more messy its going to be.

This is a styled veil-its called a bustled veil, its meant to look like the pickups. If you bustle the veil to keep it on all night this isnt what it looks like, it look like a french bustle except with a veil.
