I think its too thick..... my experience with the good ole forman has been if its not a thin piece of meat it burns the outside before it cooks the inside.
Can you just put it in the broiler in the oven?

if its thin enough..it comes out pretty good..i've done it..but you have to watch if you like it on the rarer side..its easy to over cook it
