I got a call this morning and called them back right away. I'm like sooo nervous over here...I know they only call if something is wrong!!! I have been on hold waiting for the dr for 20 minutes!! I'm freaking out!!

I did once I had an abnormal Pap but that is pretty normal!

Hey everyone- thanks for the concern! It's been a roller coaster of a day- my gyno said my pap came back abnormal and I have pre-cancerous cells. First time this ever happened so of course I freaked out. I am going for a coloscopy next week. He said it's NOT cancer and that everything will be fine and this is very common. I spoke to a few friends that have gone through the same thing along with a few people on this site (you know who you are and thanks so much! ). It was the initial scare that I had this morning and after hearing how common it is and that I will be okay I feel a lot better.
Again, THANK you everyone for your concern. It is much appreciated. Even though I dont know any of you girls personally, it's nice to know that I have somewhere to ask these kinds of questions!! :)

This is exactly what happened to me, and I went the the precedure and everything was fine! Just take a deep breath! Eat some chocolate and relax!

Thank you so much!! It's so nice to hear that other people have gone through the same procedure and that I'm not alone. I felt really alone this morning getting the news but after hearing/talking to many people, I felt A LOT better. I am going to try not to think about it and relax. (procedure is scheduled for next Tuesday so I have a week!)
