We are going to have an appraisal of our condo done soon. I'm wondering what exactly the appraiser looks at/for and how long it takes. Also, do little flaws really affect the value? Thanks!
We just did. She came in and took pics of everyroom and the outside too. We have a house and I was all nervous, but the appraisal came in way higher than we thought it would.
They were in and out pretty quick and took a pic of the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. I did not want them going thru my house- too bad... my appraisal came in high even though I was not having them go thru each room of my home. ( It was my parents home and they both passed away- I am a little territorial of it.)
they were out alot quicker then i thought. they took a few pics and asked a few questions and were gone. very easy
